At Aerosoles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes don't provide the perfect fit or style, you can return unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked and secure transit.

• 3.
  Pack the Merchandise

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a shipping box, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
